By accessing and using the services provided by Gescomaxy Wheel Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our services.

Gescomaxy Wheel Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of agricultural wheels and rims, headquartered in Qingdao, China. We specialize in OEM/ODM manufacturing with over 12 years of experience serving global markets.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Manufacturing and supply of agricultural wheels and rims
• OEM/ODM custom manufacturing services
• Product design and engineering consultation
• Quality assurance and testing services
• Global shipping and logistics coordination

All products are manufactured according to international standards including ISO, DOT, INMETRO, and REACH regulations.

4.1 Order Process

All orders must be confirmed in writing with detailed specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements. Orders are subject to our acceptance and manufacturing capacity.

4.2 Minimum Order Quantities

MOQ requirements vary by product type and customization level. Standard MOQs will be communicated during quotation process.

4.3 Lead Times

Standard production lead time is 20-30 days from order confirmation and deposit receipt. Custom products may require additional time.

All prices are quoted FOB Qingdao unless otherwise specified. Currency fluctuations may affect final pricing for long-term contracts.

6.1 Quality Standards

All products undergo comprehensive testing including impact tests, salt spray tests (≥500-1000 hours), dynamic balance tests, and tire assembly durability tests.

6.2 Warranty Coverage

We provide 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Warranty covers material and workmanship defects but excludes normal wear, misuse, or improper installation.

All designs, specifications, and technical documentation remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Custom designs created for customers become joint intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers grant us the right to use their specifications solely for manufacturing purposes. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer designs and business information.

Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products within the warranty period. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Equipment downtime or operational delays
• Third-party claims or damages
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the specific order in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation through recognized commercial mediation centers
3. Arbitration in Qingdao, China, under CIETAC rules

The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Chinese as mutually agreed by the parties.
